Get on Board! Update Your Info or Register to become a Volunteer! We are pleased to invite all good-standing members of the PMI SCC to update your Member Data and all other interested persons to sign up with the Chapter and let us know your volunteer interests for participation in the Chapter’s projects and activities. Volunteer opportunities can range from short-term activities and tasks to long-term projects or on-going Chapter commitments. The VP Special Events and Volunteers will maintain a database of registered volunteers and all volunteer opportunities will be advertised to the members registered in this database. Volunteering is an excellent way to get to know the PMI organization, your PMI SCC and fellow Chapter members better. Volunteering with PMI SCC provides the opportunity to use your Project Management and professional skills to improve your Chapter, help others, grow professionally, develop a professional network, develop new skills and gain valuable experiences. Please complete the 2017 Call for Volunteers Form which will allow your information to be updated and you to be added to the Chapter Volunteer Database. Please be assured that all information supplied will be held confidentially by the chapter. If you recently completed the Members and Volunteers Database Update Exercise, there is no need to re-enter your data. We will contact you shortly to acknowledge all responses. Dear PMISCC Members Notice is hereby given that the Fifteenth (15th) Annual General Meeting of the PMI Southern Caribbean Chapter will be held on Thursday 22nd March, 2018, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the The Normandie Hotel, 10 Nook Avenue, St. Ann’s, Port-of-Spain, for the following purposes: To confirm Minutes of the Fourteenth (14th) Annual General Meeting Business Arising out of the Minutes To Receive (1) President’s Report and (2) Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 2017. To elect officers for the following positions for the new term: President Vice President of Finance Vice President of Education & Certification Vice President of Membership Vice President of Special Events & Volunteers Note: Nomination forms and instructions are available from the PMISCC Secretariat or at https://pmiscc.org/index.php/about-us/annual-general-meeting-2018 To appoint auditors for the next financial year. Registration starts at 5:30 p.m. All members in good standing with the PMI and the PMI SCC are invited and encouraged to attend.
