Dear PMISCC Members Notice is hereby given that the Fifteenth (15th) Annual General Meeting of the PMI Southern Caribbean Chapter will be held on Thursday 22nd March, 2018, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the The Normandie Hotel, 10 Nook Avenue, St. Ann’s, Port-of-Spain, for the following purposes: To confirm Minutes of the Fourteenth (14th) Annual General Meeting Business Arising out of the Minutes To Receive (1) President’s Report and (2) Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 2017. To elect officers for the following positions for the new term: President Vice President of Finance Vice President of Education & Certification Vice President of Membership Vice President of Special Events & Volunteers Note: Nomination forms and instructions are available from the PMISCC Secretariat or at https://pmiscc.org/index.php/about-us/annual-general-meeting-2018 To appoint auditors for the next financial year. Registration starts at 5:30 p.m. All members in good standing with the PMI and the PMI SCC are invited and encouraged to attend.
