Ramya Ramadurai is Director, Enterprise Digital PMO at Lincoln Electric, where she is leading the transformation of the company's Enterprise PMO into an agile, enterprise-wide delivery function alongside digital transformation, data architecture, and enterprise risk initiatives. She brings 19+ years of program and portfolio leadership across manufacturing and technology, including seven years at Rockwell Automation, where she most recently owned a $50M Professional Services P&L and led a delivery organization spanning pre-sales through support and governance functions. Ramya holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, along with PMP, Certified Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credentials. A recognized industry leader — named to Crain's Cleveland Business 40 Under 40, Notable Immigrant Leader and Notable in Manufacturing lists — she most recently served as Chapter President of PMI Northeast Ohio, having previously served on its Board and as VP of Volunteering. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
