Artificial Intelligence is not magic: What you need to know about AI and how to use it to be more productive
Matt is a former PMI Board Member and a certified PMP and PgMP practitioner. He started researching Artificial Intelligence in 2015 and presented his groundbreaking work at the 2017 Gartner Symposium. Matt has given over thirty talks about AI and Innovation over the last decade.
Matt will kick off this webinar as an “AI 101” introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Large Langauge Models, providing the audience with a practical understanding of the technology. Then, we will shift into a ‘chose your own adventure’ style dialogue where tools and techniques for how project, program, and product managers can practically use AI will be reviewed and discussed. Then, we will shift into an interactive question-and-answer section with the audience to discuss our hopes for and limitations of AI in the future.
