Dear PMI Member You are invited to our PMISSCC Technical Session on Wed 10th October 2018, 5.30pm-8pm at the Cascadia Hotel & Conference Centre, St Ann’s, Port of Spain. PMISCC has strategically partnered with Purple Dragon International to bring to our members this unique session geared to providing the following learning benefits: Gain an appreciation of the Don Jitsu Ryu Martial Arts Fighting Style. Learn about the essential life skills and principles to achieve and maintain personal balance and overall wellness through martial arts Learn key self-defense techniques to protect yourself, family and loved ones if faced with life threatening situations. Understanding that Martial Arts not only focuses on a practical skill-set but also seeks to nurture a strategic mindset that trains its aspirants to lead from within (self-mastery). As project management practitioners it is essential to ensure a personal state of wellness and overall confidence in order to effectively function optimally as we navigate a demanding work environment. Additionally we must be confident that we are equipped to defend our lives our family and our property in a practical way if threatened. Dress code: Comfortable attire and footwear.
