14th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
& TECHNICAL SESSION
The 14th Annual General Meeting of the PMI Southern Caribbean Chapter takes place on Thursday, March 16th, 2017 at the Cascadia Hotel & Conference Centre, St. Ann’s, Port-of-Spain
The Technical Session being hosted by Mr Dexter Emrit takes place at 6:00pm. The title of the feature addess by Mr Emrit is : EARNING YOUR SEAT AT THE EXECUTIVE TABLE
Content for the presentation is geared specifically for Project Managers and includes:
- What it means to think strategically
- Components of strategic planning
- Components of performance management
- Managing people for performance
- The rocket model of building a team
- What the CEO needs you to know (to be an effective business partner)
- I.M.A.G.E. : Building your image as you sit at the table!
The AGM commences at 7:00pm
The agenda for the AGM includes the following:
- Confirm Minutes of the Thirteenth (13th) Annual General Meeting
- Business Arising out of the Minutes
- To Receive (1) President’s Report and (2) Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 2016.
- To elect officers for the following positions for the new term:
- o Vice President Compliance
- o Vice President Strategic Alliances
- o Vice President Technical Sessions
- o Vice President Marketing & Sponsorship
- o Vice President Publications

5. To appoint auditors for the next financial year.
