January 2017 Technical Session: Resetting Your Mental Baseline for 2017

Presenter: Kamala Rampersad de Silva
Lecturer / Facilitator / Consultant

Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and Australia Institute of Business

How do you get the most out of your brain cycles? First you need to know that the brain cycle moves from its highest attention to lowest attention in every ninety (90) minutes. At least that's what the research shows.

What this means is that you can clear your brain and reset your mental baseline to be at your most productive every cycle. This presentation will share some tips on how to reset your mental baseline to make 2017 a year that shows you at your productive best.
Also, we will discuss how to achieve more out of your membership with the PMISCC. This is a great organisation to be a part of, but we can do more to make it even better. We have some new volunteers on board who we will like to welcome, and we have some new targets for 2017. We will share these with you as well as some of our plans for the year.

Looking forward to seeing more members at our first session for the year!
