Managing projects is never easy and quite often as projects get “bigger”, success becomes even more elusive.
Anderson's presentation proposes ten (10) commandments which represent solutions to the many prevalent and significant problems faced in managing projects.
The 10 commandments, distilled from the ANSI-PMI Global Standard, PRINCE 2 and ISO 21500, can be used to guide the development of company-wide project management policies, help PMP candidates find best answers to exam questions, and help seniors mentor junior project managers.
