Mr. Charles has over forty years’ experience in the Oil and Gas
industry both nationally and internationally having worked as a
Project Engineer onshore and offshore in Trinidad and Tobago and the U.S.A. for Texaco, Petrotrin and its predecessor companies including Trinmar.

He has held senior positions in the local construction industry as Manager E & I for HJ Gransaull (now ANSA Technologies) and Vice President – Projects and member of the Board of Directors at Damus limited.

He is a former President of the PMI SCC and now co-owns his own PM Consulting Firm Radient Project Management Services Limited.
