Shawn Pariag
Director, Enterprise Agility Coach RBC, Ontario
Shawn is Director, Enterprise Agility Coach within the Chief Administrative & Strategy Office at the Royal Bank of Canada. For the past 20 years he has successfully merged his passions for technology, project management and adult learning into an intriguing career. Shawn graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies. He also earned a number of industry leading certifications from professional associations such as Prosci, Institute for Performance and Learning, IC Agile and Project Management Institute. As an Enterprise Business Agility Strategist, Shawn is currently working with senior leaders and teams across the bank to adopt a different way of working focused on increased collaboration, iterative value delivery and continuous improvement.
