About the Webinar

In both academia and industry, the words “project management” and “innovation” are not often used together in the same sentence or paragraph. There are numerous types of innovation projects and in most of them, the traditional material we teach in project management courses cannot be used without modifications. In this webinar, we will discuss the different types of innovation projects, including business
model innovation projects, and how project management must be looked at differently. We will also discuss the roadblocks that project managers will face when managing these projects.

We will look at different types of innovation and why these innovation projects are the focus for business model development and sustainable corporate growth. Participants will learn the relationship between innovation and project management and recognize the roadblocks that prevent innovation from occurring.
