Her specialized areas include Contract Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Effective Negotiations and Business Process Improvement.

Her qualifications include lifetime certification as a Procurement Manager with Institute of Supply Management (ISM) based in U.S.A. Project Management Professional Certification with the Project Management Institute USA. a Masters of Business Administration and a Law Degree from London University.

Margaret-Ann is a member of the Institute of Supply Management, U.S.A. and the Project Management Institute and currently is on the Board of the local chapter as Vice President Strategic Alliances.
