Mr. Ramharack is an experienced and qualified project manager who has a passion for volunteerism. In 2015 when Mr. Ramharack obtained his PMP certifications he immediately registered with the PMISCC and started volunteering shortly thereafter. His volunteer journey is such it started of by assisting with registrations for Technical sessions, then being a member of the first Schools community outreach project team and currently holding the esteemed position of Project Monitor of 3 teams of volunteers involved in community outreach projects. The three teams in total have an average of 15 first time volunteers who are on a 12 month programme which ends in November 2021.

One of the reasons he has volunteered in the past and continues to do so today is because he is committed to building a better country though the development of the Project Management fraternity. He believes that this can be achieved by educating, inspiring and motivating the youths of the nation.

Regarding his work experience, Mr. Ramharack has ten (10) years work experience at a senior level in the Public Sector Project Management field. Some of the positions held were, Organizational Performance Management Specialist, Head of the Project Unit, and Project Administrator. Currently, Mr. Ramharack is a consultant with the Ministry of Trade and Industry and is assisting the Project Implementation Unit with the implementation of projects under the Inter-American Development Bank funded, Strengthening of the Single Electronic Window Programme. The projects under the programme in the main seek to develop and enhance digital platforms such as DevelopTT and TTBizLink, undertake Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management activities, and the review and updating of several key pieces of trade and business facilitation legislation.

Prior to the Ministry of Trade and Industry Mr. Ramharack worked at the Ministry of Works and Transport and was responsible for leading several key projects such the Transformation of the Transport Division, Procurement of the first tranche of 35 CNG Buses for the PTSC, Operationalization of the fixed container scanner at the Port of POS and multiple virgin construction and renovation projects.
